Establishes, tracks, and reports key performance metrics such as OEE, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance; sets targets and drives corrective actions. Partners with Production, Engineering, Quality, and plant leadership to resolve issues, plan downtime, and support new equipment and product launches.
