Knowledge of: Current civil engineering practice; interpreting and apply City, State, and Federal requirements as they apply to capital projects; coordinating, directing and managing the work of subordinates and consultants; coordinating multiple tasks and projects; technical fields related to design and construction of roads, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, and storm water facilities; technical fields related to design and construction of water and sewer utilities including elevated and ground water storage, force mains, large diameter transmission mains for sewer and water, lift stations, water pump stations and water and sewer plant improvements are preferred.
