EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a superintendent role on construction projects - OSHA 30 hour certified - Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - Strong technical and communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office, safety and site operations software, project management software, and construction management software - Knowledge of construction-documenting and drawing, with knowledge of all phases of construction - Knowledge in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling and cost control - Ability to create a “safety first” environment by showing a commitment to Zero Injury principles and sustainability practices - Strong union and non-union engagement and labor relations Next 150 Construction Services has an unwavering focus on safety, the environment and caring about everyone involved in our work.
