Advanced experience managing the FF&E procurement process end to end; specific knowledge of key manufacturers is beneficial; advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL; experience with low-code/no-code automation tools is also desirable; deep commercial and operational experience managing nationwide partner networks (A&E firms, general contractors, PM firms, furniture manufacturers) and negotiating complex contractual frameworks Advanced knowledge of Construction Contracts, Procurement and Construction Claims. Lead national capital planning, cash-flow forecasting, project budgeting, and financial approvals; drive rigorous value-engineering and cost-optimization initiatives that protect asset quality; own the functional risk profile across delivery, contractual, regulatory, safety, and operational domains; establish stage gates, audit controls, and escalation protocols for material issues; lead the construction contract process end-to-end with experience in construction contracting and claims; oversee change order management to ensure competitive rates and in compliance with the contract.
