The successful candidate will be able to interpret construction documents, identify project risks and opportunities, develop detailed estimates, and collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to consistently produce accurate and competitive estimates, meet bid deadlines, identify project risks and opportunities, maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, and support successful project handoffs from estimating to operations.
