Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously with budgets ranging from $2M to $20M+ - Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure delivery on time and within budget - Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and high-end subcontractors - Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining exceptional communication and delivering a white-glove experience - Coordinate procurement of premium materials, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring alignment with design intent - Lead regular site meetings and provide clear progress updates to all stakeholders - Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance with local Austin building codes and regulations - Identify risks proactively and develop solutions to keep projects on track - Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs Requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing upscale residential projects, coordinating with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure flawless execution from concept through completion.
