The ideal candidate will have strong experience with commercial tenant improvements and renovation projects and will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and overall project documentation. They take a hands-on, client-focused approach, working closely with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and property managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
