The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience, the ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications, and experience preparing competitive bids while working closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial, public works, and site development construction projects, including playgrounds, shade structures, site furnishings, concrete, grading, demolition, and related improvements.
