Time will be split between performing construction tasks with an emphasis on finish work (drywall, painting, acoustic ceilings, trim carpentry, framing, etc.) and project supervision tasks (vendor locating, coordination, material procurement, on-site supervision, inspection oversight, quality control, etc.).
