The Project Manager Intern will be responsible for estimating for hard bids and negotiated contracts, including the interpretation and quantification of plans and specifications, surveying of existing site conditions, solicitation of material and subcontractor bids, cost estimating, and the preparation of bid documents and proposals. Other project management responsibilities will include assisting senior Project Managers in the planning, scheduling, purchasing, subcontract management, contract administration, customer relations, and all other activities necessary to carry a project from award to start-up through completion and final payment.
