Other duties as assigned What makes you a good fit BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or other pertinent engineering discipline) Candidate should have strong critical thinking, problem solving, prioritization, and data analysis skills Must be capable of management and coordination of multiple resources (production maintenance, facility maintenance, contractors, etc) Strong financial management skills, with experience in value engineering. Lead stage-gate reviews and maintain required project documentation, validation protocols, safety reviews, and regulatory compliance activities Improve safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency through engineering analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
