This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who can effectively manage subcontractors and field personnel, coordinate with Project Managers and clients, anticipate project challenges, and maintain strong relationships across the entire project team. Their work includes ground-up commercial construction, concrete tilt-ups, design-build and design-assist projects, tenant improvements, structural rehabilitations, and other complex commercial developments.
