EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management - 0-2 years of experience in a field leadership/supervisor level construction role; 3-5years construction experience - OSHA 10 certified with the ability to obtain an OSHA 30 certification within 3 months of hire Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - Strong technical and communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office, safety and site operations software, and construction management software - Knowledge of construction-documenting and drawing, with knowledge of all phases of construction - Knowledge in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling, cost control, and forecasting - Strong labor relations with union and non-union engagement - Ability to create a “safety first” environment by showing a commitment to Zero Injury principles and sustainability practices Next 150 Construction Services has an unwavering focus on safety, the environment and caring about everyone involved in our work.
