A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: proven experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor, previous experience working in a traveling Superintendent position, strong background delivering tilt-wall construction projects, experience across a mixed commercial project portfolio, demonstrated ability to independently run mid-to-large commercial jobsites, comfortable operating with lean field teams and taking responsibility for day-to-day project execution, strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and construction sequencing, ability and willingness to travel extensively based on project location, strong communication and leadership skills, consistent employment history and demonstrated career progression preferred. If you're a proven Traveling Superintendent who knows how to independently run a commercial jobsite and brings strong tilt-wall construction experience, this is an opportunity to join an established contractor with a national project pipeline, competitive compensation, and a culture built around long-term relationships.
