You Will: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of routine and mission-critical commercial contracts (including professional services agreements, master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, license agreements, and various technology hardware and software agreements, including AI agreements) that support and enable our business operations across all areas of the company. Collaborate with various business teams at Compass (including operations, people, growth, finance, and product and engineering) - advising on legal issues, approval processes, Compass policies and procedures, and business strategy.
