Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction: preconstruction, estimating, bidding, scheduling, contract administration, construction, and closeout Serve as primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal leadership Develop and maintain master project schedules and detailed budgets; analyze cost reports and forecasts Lead buyout, subcontract preparation, change management, risk evaluation, and contract negotiations Oversee QA/QC, safety enforcement, insurance, labor compliance, and ethics requirements Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, as-builts, punch lists, and closeout documentation Partner with accounting on pay applications and cash flow Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of construction project management experience (industrial preferred) Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, estimating, cost control, and scheduling Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office OSHA 30 required; PMP or CCM preferred Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills GPA prides itself on providing quality, personalized services to its clients and candidates.
