This role will provide critical support for all litigation matters affecting our premium performance apparel business, working directly with our CLO, Senior Counsel and outside counsel to manage complex commercial disputes, employment matters, intellectual property litigation, regulatory proceedings and insurance claims management. Proficiency in e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Concordance), case management software, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
