Duties include overseeing manpower, materials, scheduling, safety compliance, preplanning, coordinating with CAD and fabricators, minimizing downtime, managing orders, inspecting progress, building team morale, and completing project close-out. Requires minimum 10 years of commercial plumbing, sprinkler, or heating experience, strong technical skills, trade or high school education, and physical ability to perform outdoor work.
