The ideal candidate has at least 6-7 yrs experience with site development, underground utilities, earthwork, grading, concrete, and project scheduling, along with a proven ability to lead multiple crews in a fast-paced construction environment. This role is responsible for managing daily site activities, supervising crews and subcontractors, coordinating equipment and materials, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
