The Preconstruction Manager partners with our preconstruction leadership, operations teams, designers, and trade partners to shape projects from the earliest conversations through a clean handoff to the field. As a Carolinas-based commercial general contractor with offices in Asheville, Charlotte, Greenville, and Raleigh, we deliver a client experience rooted in generosity, authenticity, honesty, and passion - what we call The Barringer Way.
