The role provides the Owner's Team with full visibility, control, and governance over project schedule, cost, forecasting, progress, risk, change management, and performance reporting across engineering, procurement, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up. The Senior Project Control Manager shall proactively identify deviations, anticipate project risks, challenge contractor performance, and drive corrective actions to protect the project's approved budget, schedule, scope, quality, and operational readiness.
