- Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or other related field and a minimum of six (6) years of recent experience in Construction, Facility Management, Architecture or other related field, or, Associate Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or other related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of recent experience in Construction, Facility Management, Architecture or other related field.
