Lead emergency team for the community; ensure proper response and handling of all emergencies with staff, residents, and buildings within company guidelines to minimize liabilities (e.g., criminal activity, injuries, fires, floods, freezes). Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook as well as property management software applications.
