p>Depending on position, duties could include some or all of the following: • Follow project instructions from the construction manager or supervisor • Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks • Follow all health and safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management • Safely operate a variety of tools, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, pipe saws, grinders, jumping jack, and plate compactor • Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly • Comply with all BCI OSHA or other relevant safety rules and regulations • Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude. The position requires:
• Lifting heavy objects • Walking and standing for long periods of time • Performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions • Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and arm strength • Ability to quickly move arms and legs • Frequently lifting or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving up to 100 pounds.
