Support asset-management and owner-representation activities, including coordinating government approvals, reviewing project cash flows and performance, assisting with refinancing or restructuring and development close-out, identifying potential savings, and monitoring market and demographic changes. Working familiarity with 10 U.S.C. Subtitle A, Part IV, Chapter 159 , with practical exposure to one or more authorities involving real-property acquisition, reporting, leasing, easements, conveyances, intergovernmental support agreements, utility systems, base realignment or closure, or related transactions.
