This position is an opportunity to lead project activities from start to finish including: the development of proposals and cost estimates, all project management planning and project execution tasks, conducting USFWS consultations and regulatory interpretation, conducting field and geospatial data collection, data analysis; and scientific and technical report preparation, including detailed report formatting and quality assurance. Perform and oversee natural resource surveys, vegetation mapping, invasive species mapping, nesting bird surveys, raptor surveys, permitting, wetlands and WOTUS delineations, planting and habitat restoration activities, consultations, and environmental monitoring.
