Ensure collateral securing loans is properly documented, perfected, and maintained, including titles, deeds of trust, UCC filings, certificates of deposit (CDs), and other pledged assets, in accordance with loan documentation and regulatory requirements. This position ensures the accurate setup and maintenance of loan accounts within the bank's core systems while providing day-to-day guidance, training, and operational support to teammates.
