Job responsibilities include ensuring the organization's 340B program meets regulatory and compliance requirements, conducting comprehensive 340B program audits, monitoring WAC spend and identifying opportunities for improvements, validating 340B accumulations, replenishment, and split-billing accuracy, and collaborating with third-party administrator partners to ensure consistent program compliance. The inpatient pharmacy staff is comprised of a team of clinical specialists, staff pharmacists, pharmacy residents, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy technician operations specialists, and pharmacy interns who work collaboratively to ensure safe medication dispensing, compounding and distribution.
