This role must be an expert at applying adult learning theory, instructional design models (such as ADDIE), and best practices to create effective training solutions across modalities (e-learning, instructor-led/virtual instructor-led, blended, microlearning, video, etc.). This role involves greater autonomy, personal leadership on complex projects, mentoring junior developers, designers, content creators, stakeholder consultation, quality oversight, and alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals.
