Develops comprehensive RFP-level proposals for tentpole events, covering creative approach, logistics, timelines, and budget structure, and creates streamlined proposals for smaller-scale initiatives as appropriate to scope This includes delivering finalized project timelines, milestone plans, and production schedules upon approval, as well as supporting an assigned Producer in developing Run of Show documents and operational plans tailored to each project Management of internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all deliverables Oversee all logistics and ensure smooth event flow Manage risk assessment and mitigation plans.
