CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE FULL JOB DESCRIPTION Additional Info What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of directly related experience in Ag or related manufacturing industry High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word, and Power Point Experience in designing and developing data queries/reports from ERP system for operational analytics and utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and mentor staff Excellent critical thinking with oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to details; strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of individuals throughout operations and management Ability to work well in a self-directed, fast-paced, changing environment with minimum supervision Excellent problem-solving skills with the desire to be the team leader as well as a team player at times Travel to regional facilities as needed, some weekend and holiday work may be required Remote work not available for this position Must have a valid driver's license with a clean DMV driving record Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.
