We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Controller who is responsible for ensuring all activity is accurately recorded in the financial statements from income control, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets and financial accounting. Minimum five years previous accounting experience to include general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, fixed assets, and financial analysis, with oversight of financials required, in a comparably sized property.
