Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical First Assistant (STFA) or Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA), CPR/BLS certification; properly registered nurses in Tennessee or a compact state; minimum of 1 year of multi-year OR experience in the current role; minimum schedule of 10 hours per shift, working days, 36-40 hours per week, with call shifts as needed (no more than 1/week). Position Description: The role encompasses delivering nursing care in the main operating room, supporting neurosurgery, ortho-spine surgery, orthopaedics, oral/maxillofacial surgery, plastics, colorectal, robotic general surgery, bariatric, ENT, urology, thoracic, vascular, and endovascular surgeries.
