Reporting directly to the Regional CFO North America, the role partners with the Regional President, Managing Directors, and management teams to turn financial and operational information into forward-looking insight, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and drive measurable performance improvement. The role complements the Regional Financial Controller: that role focuses on financial integrity, reporting governance, accounting coordination, tax, audit, and controls; the Regional Business Controller (FP&A) focuses on planning, business performance, management accounting, profitability, operational Finance, and value creation.
