Experience leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies; Knowledge of the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems; Ability to perform requirements analysis and document and communicate the results of your efforts; Ability to effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management; Experience gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports; Ability to work closely with clients, university staff, technicians, and managerial staff; Proven leadership, training, coaching, and experience guiding junior staff. The position will provide multi-location support in all financial aspects, which include accounts payable, cash management, accounts receivable, accruals, budget, forecasting, financial reporting, trend analysis, and inventory analysis.
