Fee & Revenue Tracking: Monitor and track diverse revenue streams, including predevelopment loans, developer fees, management fees, advisory fees, and construction draws. This is a dynamic, collaborative leadership role where you will partner directly with our Development, Construction, and Property Management teams to optimize cash flow, track job costs, and maintain absolute compliance with lenders and regulatory agencies.
