This position is responsible for day-to-day coordination and efficient oversight of aspects of daily operations of acute nursing, via a non-clinical lens including but not limited to healthcare projects, via building, monitoring, reporting, and progression of projects; oversight of non-clinical team members involved in projects, or nursing operations; managing and supervise the non clinical workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines and monitoring performance; overseeing department budgets, tables of organizations, and efficiency plans; assess and compose department budgetary risk assessment; and ensure ordering of specialized equipment and maintain optimal supply chain operations. The Stroke Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Stroke Program across the Montefiore MMC-MMV Region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for patients who experience stroke throughout the continuum of care.
