This is a full‑time, salaried, hybrid role, requiring three in‑person days per week at Mather Headquarters in Evanston, Illinois, and is ideal for a seasoned finance leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, is a CPA, and brings 7+ years of experience including public accounting, along with a thorough understanding of GAAP, strong accounting judgment, and familiarity with accounting systems and financial reporting tools. In this role, you’ll oversee internal and external financial reporting, audits, tax planning and compliance, payroll, treasury operations, and transaction accounting, while supervising and mentoring teams (minimum 2 years of people leadership experience) and communicating complex financial insights with clarity and confidence.
