Role Description LOTH is seeking an Assistant Controller to assist in all aspects of the accounting processes, including financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, IRS and other tax authorities; transaction processing; journal entries; general ledger reconciliations and review; and the creation and maintenance of efficient processes that support an effective control environment. o Assist with relationships involving clients, vendors, service providers, banks, auditors, tax agencies, and collaborative efforts among supporting departments including sales, project design and coordination, and other subsidiaries.
