The successful candidate will be a hands-on, strategic leader with strong analytical and communication skills, a commitment to process improvement and automation, and the ability to strengthen financial controls, streamline operations, and partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will oversee and develop a team of accounting professionals while managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, consolidated financial statements, general ledger integrity, budgeting support, external audits, lender reporting, and debt covenant compliance.
