The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) to fifteen (15) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. The group has provided a defense for a myriad of property, personal injury claims, New York Labor Law, premises, negligence, no fault, auto, and catastrophic for both businesses and individuals who may be insured or self-insured.
