Working with outside ERP consultants design, build, and enhance ERP and financial systems to support scalability, data integrity, effective intercompany processes, accurate consolidation, and ongoing operational efficiency, with integration across production, inventory, payroll, and compliance systems. Oversee core accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Treasury, cash management, and manufacturing cost accounting, ensuring strong internal controls, appropriate segregation of duties, and consistent execution in a lean organization.
