Must have the ability to receive oral instructions as the nature of repairs, installation, or maintenance to be made, and the ability proceed to carry out the work, receiving advice and assistance as required, in cleaning, making adjustments and/or repairs, calibration, and retest of equipment including various relays, meters, recorders, controllers, indicators, radio transmitters and receivers, oscillators and amplifiers, electronic relays and other electronic and communication equipment.
