Responsibilities also include but are not limited to radio usage, operation of specialized equipment (bollards, etc), placement and relocation of barriers, wayfinding, crowd management, conflict resolution, access control, personnel contraband/weapons screening and VIP escort/support. Observes and reports on security threats along the building’s perimeter such as: crime, scalper activity, loitering, and surveillance activity (of performers, artists, Sphere activity).
