Examples of specialized experience includes: experience in recurring overhaul or repair of products using multiple process production methods and procedures to develop information necessary for the control of a complex product, i.e., numerous skilled trades utilizing a variety of general purpose and specialized machines, tools, equipment, and material to repair, overhaul, or modify a variety of aircraft and commodity items. The primary purpose of this position, PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (AIRCRAFT), GS-1152-09, is to perform a variety of production planning, scheduling, and supply tasks in direct support of depot maintenance programs such as repair, overhaul, manufacture, and/or modification of complex weapon systems; weapon system end items such as aircraft, and other major end items.
