Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry loads of up to 50 pounds without assistance Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, grasp and reach frequently Must be able to work with hands/arms extended overhead Must be able to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly Must be able to work in temperatures in excess of 100 degrees for limited periods of time Must be able to operate hand and power tools and equipment Must be able to use/operate hand and power tools in areas of limited space Must be able to work in elevated environment (ladders, lifts, baskets, etc.) for extended periods of time Must be able to work in industrial environment with elevated noise levels, dust, dirt, humidity and temperature variations Must be able to work outdoors as needed Must be able to work on facility roofs as necessary Must be able to work near moving electrical machine parts and near live electrical systems Must successfully pass vision screen for color perception Must participate in pre-shift stretching exercises.
