Provide strategic legal advice and day-to-day support to internal stakeholders, with a focus on the Partnerships and Business Development teams, and high-impact platforms, AI, and content initiatives Serve as a legal subject matter expert in technology and media-related transactions Draft, negotiate, and close complex technology and content partnerships, including bespoke platform integration agreements, data collaboration agreements, and content license agreements Actively participate in cross-functional teams, collaborating with product, privacy, and various legal teams (e.g., IP, Product Counsel, Competition) to address novel legal and commercial contracting issues Develop scalable processes for evaluating and executing sophisticated partnership opportunitiesJ.D.
