The Vice President of Investor Relations & Business Development (VP, IR & BD) is a strategic finance executive responsible for leading the companys investor relations strategy and execution, overseeing capital markets communications, and driving the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.
