The Senior Managing Counsel, Corporate Payments will be responsible for supporting, and managing direct reports in support of, WEX's Corporate Payments line of business on complex commercial transactions and product development & launches in the Americas, primarily supporting WEX's Commercial, Product and Marketing teams, collaborating with WEX Bank, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders, and managing outside counsel. Provide solution-oriented legal advice and support throughout the product lifecycle - from initial development to launch and commercialization, and through technology/product evolution, including drafting and reviewing product terms (e.g., app, API and website TOUs, integration terms, TOS).
