2-4 years in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity, followed by 2-3 years in a corporate finance, treasury, or investor relations role, or 5+ years in a highly transactional finance role with direct experience managing complex, document-intensive transactions involving multiple external stakeholders. Drive execution of financing transactions in partnership with the Corporate Finance team and outside counsel, supporting note financings, warrant issuances, closing checklists, signature collection, and related documentation from diligence through closing.
